I had this unit installed, and for about a year now I have had fantastic cell service in my home. Recently though I had most of my friends and acquaintances complaining of dropped calls and not hearing me correctly so, I called the customer service. Adverts are known for their gross exaggeration but not for this mobile signal booster. In fact, I feel like its capabilities were grossly understated. It worked magic on the super weak signals in my kitchen. I do all my work on the island but the low network denied me peace. The product is not complicated and easy to install.
Setup was a little bit confusing since the instructions were basically non-existent but the unit works as it said it would. My normally dead zone house gets about 2 bars, which is what I get outside.
