Signal Hero’s Boosters are Hero’s my mobile signal where I live is quite poor so I thought a signal booster was the answer. It can be quite daunting to purchase one with all the tech. If you follow the instructions you should not have a problem after I connected everything up remember not to switch on till all connected on the repeater panel I recited 4 bars in and 4 bars out. All I have to do is to sort out my iPhone SE and I will be up and running. My thanks go to George who guided me through one or two points that I needed answers with. So well done to George for immediate communication. I certainly recommend them if you are looking to solve your mobile home phone signal. Norman English

George did everything possible to help, expediting the arrival of the equipment and being available to help resolve issues with signal strength. After deciding the available signal strength was too weak to be boosted with the equipment I had ordered, I was offered a more powerful alternative. When I decided not to go ahead and returned the equipment I received a prompt refund. Couldn’t fault the service.

As I'm a Business Centre with poor signal in area and with clients on many different providers, I needed a signal booster solution to cater for them all. Signal Hero were the only company who took the time and effort to help me understand my needs and not just sell me their preferred products. They asked me to fill in simple forms with actual signal data (iphone & andriod) to really understand my situation completely and from that recommended exact fit solutions. These devices need to be right or can be a costly error, with no benefit... Many thanks

Signal Booster installation in the Lake District I purchased the signal booster to improve my Vodafone phone performance at my caravan in Cumbria. Installing the unit was straight forward but fine tune, to obtain the best performance was a little tricky but the technical support was excellent. They even produced a video to explain how to adjust the signal gain. Very satisfied with the product and would recommend Signal Hero for their dedicated technical support.

Just one bar for many years... I have suffered for many years with just one (variable!) bar on a succession of 4G mobile handsets and waited in vain for those increasingly requested OTPs to arrive. I've tried different so-called internal boosters with little or no change and until now have hesitated to spend serious money on products that I would normally associate with commercial buildings, rather than 2 and 3 storey London terraced houses. Having attached the external aerial to the UPVC window frame of the loft conversion and dry-run the cables provided down to the ground floor, connecting the box at the furthest point from this (around 12 metres, rather than the recommended 15) and holding the internal aerial at ceiling height, I can blissfully report FOUR BARS as promised, with no sign of oscillation on the box! All I have to do now is to work out how to run the cables through walls and floor joists, without unnecessarily aggravating my sciatica and arthritis. Ah well... no pain, no gain (if you'll forgive the pun)!
